Slightly sweet homemade broth, topped with grated daikon radish, green onions, and chopped seaweed

・Hot noodles with bonito and kelp broth and steamed chicken with a fragrant white miso sauce

A final dish of thin noodles topped with steamed chicken and condiments, and dressed in homemade broth with white miso.
