A gentle-tasting chawanmushi made with homemade bonito and kelp broth

Finished with a homemade sweet broth, it is topped with bonito flakes, green onions, shredded seaweed, etc.

・Dandan noodles in soy milk and sesame soup

The thin noodles are topped with meat miso and condiments, giving it a dandan noodle-like texture.
