The main dish of Ajillo is served piping hot, cooked at your seat, and other dishes include the signature "Soft Shrimp with Milky Mayonnaise," which has been a popular menu item since the restaurant opened, chawanmushi with mentaiko sauce, and a refreshing dish of grated daikon radish soy sauce pasta to finish off the meal.*For this course, pasta will be served on a large plate.

The meal finishes with light, cold noodles in a refreshing tomato soup and steamed chicken.
7. Shrimp and mushroom ajillo
We prepare one for each person, with the ingredients simmering in garlic oil.
8. Thick-sliced baguette
